China's mining industry occupies an important position in the economic market.At the same time,it actively adopts overseas mergers and acquisitions to enhance the comprehensive strength of mining enterprises.Under this premise,this paper will explain the current situation of China's mining enterprises overseas mergers and acquisitions,and analyze the impact of the implementation of overseas mergers and acquisitions program on human resources integration.Finally,this paper starts from different angles and explores the strategy of mining enterprises in the process of overseas mergers and acquisitions,in order to provide reference for relevant personnel.
