摘要
内质网存在于红细胞以外的真核细胞中,主要参与蛋白的合成、翻译后修饰、折叠以及转运。在肝细胞中含有丰富的内质网,多种生理性或病理性因素的作用下可诱发其产生内质网应激。内质网应激主要表现为未折叠蛋白反应、内质网超负荷反应、胆固醇级联调节反应三种反应形式。近来发现细胞程序性坏死与内质网应激息息相关,并且参与许多肝病的发病过程。本文将对内质网应激、细胞程序性坏死与肝病之间的联系做一综述。
Endoplasmic reticulum is present in eukaryotic cells other than erythrocytes and is mainly involved in protein synthesis,post-translational modification,folding,and transport.Endoplasmic reticulum is abundant in hepatocytes,which can induce endoplasmic reticulum stress under the action of various physiological or pathological factors.Endoplasmic reticulum stress mainly manifests in three forms of unfolded protein reaction,endoplasmic reticulum overload response,and cholesterol cascade regulation.Recently,it has been found that necroptosis is closely related to endoplasmic reticulum stress and is involved in the pathogenesis of various liver diseases.This paper will review the relationship between endoplasmic reticulum stress,necroptosis and liver disease.
