摘要
采用室内水培法,研究了4个小麦品种种子萌发、生长及幼苗叶片叶绿素含量和荧光动力学特征差异,并对叶绿素荧光参数和叶绿素含量及种子萌发指标的关系进行了分析。结果显示:不同小麦品种间发芽率、发芽势、发芽指数、活力指数和根重均达到极显著差异,芽重达到显著差异,以九麦2号的发芽率、发芽势、发芽指数、活力指数、根重和芽重最高;不同小麦品种间叶片叶绿素a、叶绿素b和总叶绿素含量均达到显著差异,以九麦2号的叶绿素a、b和总含量较高;以九麦2号的荧光强度最强,宝研85号次之;在叶绿素荧光动力学曲线(OJIP)中,以九麦2号的O、K、J、I、P点荧光强度最强,且标准化后的相对荧光强度K点和J点以陕垦2号最高,I点以九麦2号最高;单位反应中心捕获量、用于传递的能量以九麦2号最高,反应中心用于热耗散的能量和比率以陕垦2号最高;叶片叶绿素荧光参数与种子萌发指标达到极显著正相关关系(P<0.01),与叶绿素含量也达到显著正相关关系。
In this study,the differences in leaf chlorophyll content,fluorescence dynamics,seed germination and growth of four wheat varieties were analyzed by solution culture,and the relationship between chlorophyll fluorescence parameters,chlorophyll content and germination index were also analyzed.The results showed that the germination rate,germination potential,germination index,vigor index and root weight of different wheat varieties were extremely significant different,and the bud weight had significant difference.The germination rate,germination potential,germination index,vigor index,root weight and bud weight of Jiumai 2 were the highest.The content of leaf chlorophyll a,chlorophyll b and total chlorophyll of different wheat varieties were significantly different.The chlorophyll a,b and total content of Jiumai 2 were higher than those of others.The strongest leaf chlorophyll fluorescence intensity of different wheat varieties was in Jiumai 2,and the second was Baoyan 85.In the chlorophyll fluorescence transient curve(OJIP),the strongest fluorescence intensity of O,K,J,I and P was in Jiumai 2,and the strongest relative fluorescence intensity of K point and J point was in Shaanken 2,while the strongest of I point was in Jiumai 2.The energy capture,transfer by per PSII reaction center was the highest in Jiumai 2.The energy and ratio of heat dissipation in reaction center was the highest in Shaanken 2.There was a positive extremely significant correlation between the leaf chlorophyll fluorescence parameters and the seed germination index(P<0.01),and the leaf chlorophyll fluorescence parameters had a significant positive correlation with the chlorophyll content.
