病菌孢子自动测报系统的设计

Design of automatic detection system for bacterial spores

目前我国在重要病害孢子监测方面耗费了大量的人力物力.针对孢子检测装置在采集效率、处理精度、自动识别等方面存在的缺陷,设计了一种病菌孢子自动测报系统.该系统通过脉冲信号精确控制整个操作过程,实现了玻片加载、病菌孢子捕捉、高清显微图像采集、图像识别处理、形态数据库的构建及测报平台信息显示的自动化操作.与传统孢子捕捉系统相比,该系统在提高了孢子采集效率的基础上,通过测报平台对孢子进行远程实时监测,并与孢子形态数据库和病害发生指数数据库进行自动对比分析得出病害发生概率,为总结病害扩散传播规律以及病害防治提供了可靠的依据.

At present,a large amount of manpower and material resources have been spent in monitoring spores of important diseases in China.Aiming at the shortcomings of the spore detection device in the aspects of collection efficiency,processing accuracy and automatic identification,an automatic spores detection system was designed.The system can precisely control the whole operation process by pulse signal,and realize the automatic operation of glass slide loading,pathogen spore capture,high-definition microscopic image acquisition,image recognition and processing,morphological database construction and information display of detection platform.Compared with the traditional spore capture system,the system on the basis of the spores collection efficiency,through the telemetry platform to remote real-time monitor of spores,and spores form database and disease index database for automatic comparative analysis,the occurrence probability of disease is obtained.It provides a reliable basis for summarizing the law of disease spread and prevention.
