摘要
纤维素酶(cellulase)是一组能将纤维素降解为葡萄糖的酶的总称,广泛存在于多种生物体内.文 章对微生物中的纤维素酶的分子结构、组成、作用机理以及应用等方面进行了概述.
Cellulase is a generic term of the group of enzymes which are capable of hydrolysing cellulose into glucose.Cellulase widely exists in a variety of organisms.This paper made an overview of the structure,composition,action mechanism and applications of cellulase in the microorganisms.
