基于画布工具的无人经济商业模式研究

Research on Unmanned Economic Business Model Based on Canvas Tool

无人经济商业模式的出现不仅开始改变人们的生活方式,也在逐渐影响着未来经济发展方式。现有无人经济商业模式研究匮乏,主要集中于现状分析和概念界定。研究将选取商业模式画布工具,构建无人经济商业模式的画布模型,分别从客户细分、价值主张、渠道通路、顾客关系、收入来源、核心资源、关键业务、重要合作和成本结构9个构成要素进行分析,探讨无人经济商业模式如何创造、传递和获取价值;同时对其中存在的问题进行分析,提出改进措施。

The emergence of the unmanned economic business model has not only begun to change people's lifestyles,but also gradually affects the way the future economy develops.There is a lack of research on existing unemployed economic business models.From the perspective of the company,this study selects the business model canvas tool to construct the canvas model of the unmanned economic business model,from target customers,value propositions,channel channels,customer relationships,revenue sources,key resources,key activities,key partners and costs.The nine components of the structure are analyzed to explore how the unemployed economic business model creates,transmits and acquires value;at the same time,the existing problems are analyzed and improvement measures are proposed.
