脂肪间充质干细胞在糖尿病足治疗中的研究进展

Research Progress of Adipose Stem Cells in the Treatment of Diabetic Foot

随着糖尿病患病率的增加,糖尿病足作为糖尿病常见并发症,其患者数量明显增多,传统的治疗方法使用后并不能达到良好的治疗效果,使糖尿病足的截肢率居高不下。脂肪间充质干细胞(Adipose Derived Stem Cells,ADSCs)具有自我更新能力及多向分化潜能,由于脂肪组织来源广、大量获取简便,被认为是骨髓间充质干细胞(Bone Marrow Mesenchymal Stem Cells,BMSCs)良好的替代品。当前ADSCs移植是一种安全、有效的新方法,实验研究表明其通过减轻炎症反应,促进血管新生,促进肉芽组织形成及加速上皮化形成等作用而促进糖尿病足溃疡创面愈合,为糖尿病足的治疗指引了新方向。本文综述了ADSCs在糖尿病足治疗中的作用机制、实验研究及最新临床研究进展,在探索糖尿病足治疗新方法的道路上具有重要意义。

With the increasing of the prevalence of diabetes,diabetic foot is a common complication of diabetes,and the number of diabetic foot patients is obviously increased.The traditional treatment method cannot achieve good therapeutic effect and the amputation rate of diabetic foot is still high.ADSCs have self-renewal ability and multi-directional differentiation potential.They are considered as good substitutes for bone marrow mesenchymal stem cells due to their wide source of adipose tissue and easy access.At present,ADSCs transplantation is a safe and effective new method.Experimental studies have shown that it can promote the healing of diabetic foot ulcers by reducing inflammation,promoting angiogenesis,promoting granulation tissue formation and accelerating epithelialization.It has provides new directions for the treatment of diabetic foot.This article reviews the mechanism,experimental research and the latest clinical research progress of ADSCs in the treatment of diabetic foot,which is of great significance for us to explore new ways to treat diabetic foot.
