非酸峰对NH3-程序升温吸附法表征酸性的影响

摘要 采用NH3-程序升温脱附(NH3-TPD)表征方法,结合在线气体分析仪,考察了USY分子筛催化剂、合成氨催化剂、加氢催化剂等不同催化剂样品在不同条件下非酸峰对NH3-TDP法表征酸性的影响。结果表明:催化剂体系预处理后未分解的组分、结构的H 2O及NH3的分解均会在程序升温脱附过程中产生非酸峰,这对谱图酸峰的判断造成影响,最终影响酸总量的定量结果。 Non-acidic signals in different catalysts(such as USY zeolites,ammonia synthesis catalyst and hydrogenation catalyst)under different conditions were investigated in acidity characterization by ammonia-temperature programmed desorption(NH 3-TPD)and on-line gas analyzer.The results showed that non-acidic peaks could originaTEfrom components that had not decomposed after pre-treatment,structure water and ammonia decompose,consequently affected the interpretation of the result on total acid.
