低生焦高液体收率重油催化裂化催化剂LDO-75 YN的工业应用 被引量:3

Industrial application of LDO-75 YN heavy oil catalyst with low coke yield and high liquid yield

摘要 采用中国石油兰州化工研究中心开发的低生焦高液收重油催化裂化催化剂LDO-75 YN,在中国石油云南石化有限公司330万t/a重油催化裂化装置进行了工业应用。结果表明:在催化原料和操作工况大致相当的情况下,与空白标定相比,LDO-75 YN催化剂占系统藏量达到30%时,在装置加工负荷和掺渣比增加的前提下,汽油、轻质油、总液体、柴油的收率依次增加2.43,3.39,1.32,0.96个百分点,油浆收率和焦炭分别下降0.47,0.75个百分点;LDO-75 YN催化剂显示出强的重油转化能力、低的焦炭选择性和优良的产品选择性,可显著提高汽油、轻质油以及总液体的收率,增强了装置的经济效益和操作灵活性;标定期间汽油产品的烯烃体积分数略有降低,由于择形分子筛含量的降低,其研究法辛烷值稍有降低;柴油产品的密度及硫氮含量稍有降低,其他性质变化不大。 The LDO-75 YN heavy oil catalyst with low coke yield and high liquid yield was developed by Lanzhou Petrochemical Research Center of PetroChina,and was applied in a 3.3 Mt/a heavy oil catalytic cracking unit of Yunnan Petrochemical Co Ltd of PetroChina.The industrial application results showed that under the condition of the crude oil and operating conditions were roughly the same,and compared with the blank calibration,when the load and residue ratio of the unit increase slightly,and when the LDO-75 YN catalyst reaches 30%in the unit,the yield increase of gasoline,light oil,total liquid and diesel oil was 2.43,3.39,1.32,0.96 percentage points successively,the slurry yield and coke decrease by 0.47 and 0.75 percentage points respectively.LDO-75 YN catalyst showed strong heavy oil conversion capacity,low coke selectivity and excellent product selectivity,which could significantly improve the yield of gasoline,light oil and total liquid,and enhance the economic benefit and operational flexibility of the unit.During the industrial application period,the olefin volume fraction of gasoline products decreased slightly,and octane value of its research method decreased slightly due to the reduction of selective molecular sieve content.The density of diesel products and sulfur and nitrogen content slightly reduced with little change on other properties.
