降低汽油加氢装置辛烷值损失的优化措施 被引量:5

摘要 在中国石油大连石化公司225万t/a催化汽油加氢脱硫装置上考察了操作条件对汽油产品辛烷值的影响,并采取优化措施减少辛烷值损失。结果表明:降低反应温度后,催化汽油和加氢汽油之间研究法辛烷值(RON)损失由1.0个单位降至0.5个单位,烯烃质量分数损失由11.1%降至9.7%;分馏塔底重汽油和重汽油产品的RON损失由2.8个单位降至1.6个单位,烯烃质量分数损失由4.2%降至2.9%。当轻/重汽油切割比为46.6%时,催化汽油和加氢汽油之间RON损失为0.9个单位;当切割比降低至43.0%时,RON损失增至1.0个单位;当切割比控制在约44%时,RON损失降至0.8个单位。在采取降低反应温度、降低轻汽油抽出量、提高醚化汽油产量等优化措施之前,催化汽油和加氢汽油之间平均马达法辛烷值(MON)增加0.2个单位,平均RON损失0.9个单位;优化操作后,平均MON增加0.5个单位,平均RON损失0.6个单位。 The influence of operating conditions on octane number of gasoline products was investigated in the 2.25 Mt/a catalytic gasoline hydrodesulfurization unit of Dalian Petrochemical Company of PetroChina,and optimization measures were taken to reduce octane number loss.The results showed that the loss of octane number(RON)between catalytic gasoline and hydrogenated gasoline decreased from 1.0 units to 0.5 units,and the loss of olefin mass fraction decreased from 11.1%to 9.7%;The RON loss of heavy gasoline and heavy gasoline products at the bottom of the splitter decreased from 2.8 units to 1.6 units,and olefin mass fraction loss decreased from 4.2%to 2.9%.When the light/heavy gasoline cutting ratio was 46.6%,the RON loss between catalytic gasoline and hydrogenated gasoline was 0.9 units;When the cut ratio was reduced to 43.0%,the RON loss increased to 1.0 units;RON loss were reduced to 0.8 units when the cutting ratio was controlled at about 44%.Before taking optimization measures such as lowering reaction temperature,reducing light gasoline extraction,and increasing etherified gasoline production,the average motor octane number(MON)between catalytic gasoline and hydrogenated gasoline increased by 0.2 units,and the average RON lost by 0.9 units;After the optimization operation,the average MON increased by 0.5 units and the average RON lost by 0.6 units.
