原料油预混乳化技术在催化裂化装置中的应用

摘要 采用由南京工大釜鼎能源技术有限公司研发的原料油预混乳化技术分别在中国石化和中国石油所属公司的催化裂化装置上进行了工业化应用。结果表明:中国石化的装置在投运膜混合器后,干气收率下降0.12个百分点,生焦收率下降0.20个百分点,汽油、液态烃的收率分别增加0.90,0.59个百分点,轻质油(汽油+柴油+液态烃)收率增加0.89个百分点,总液体收率增加0.31个百分点;中国石油的装置在原料油预乳化混合器注水后改善了原料的雾化效果,汽油、柴油的收率分别增加0.45,0.12个百分点,轻质油收率增加0.13个百分点,总液体收率增加0.32个百分点,生焦收率降低0.31个百分点;在工业应用过程中原料油预乳化混合器存在原料预热温度与原料油汽化温度之间的矛盾。 The raw oil premixed emulsification technology developed by Fuding Energy Technology Co Ltd,Nanjing University of Technology has been applied in the catalytic cracking units of SINOPEC and PetroChina respectively.The results showed that after the first set of test equipment in SINOPEC′s unit was put into use,the dry gas yield decreased by 0.12 percentage points,coke yield decreased by 0.20 percentage points,liquefied gas yield increased by 0.60 percentage points,gasoline yield increased by 0.90 percentage points,light oil(gasoline+diesel+liquid hydrocarbon)yield increased by 0.89 percentage points,total liquid yield increase by 0.31 percentage points.The atomization effect of feed oil in PetroChina′s unit was improved after water injection in the pre-emulsifying mixer of the second set of test equipment,gasoline yield increased by 0.45 percentage points,diesel oil yield increased by 0.12 percentage points,light oil yield(gasoline+diesel+liquid hydrocarbon)increased by 0.13 percentage points,total liquid yield increased by 0.32 percentage points,coke yield decreased by 0.31 percentage points.The contradiction between preheating temperature and vaporization temperature of feed oil exists in the process of industrial application of feed oil emulsifier mixer.
