黄连解毒汤联合重组人表皮生长因子凝胶治疗深Ⅱ度烧伤临床研究

Clinical Study on Huanglian Jiedu Decoction Combined with Recombinant Human Epidermal Growth Factor Gel in the Treatment of Deep Ⅱ Degree Burn

目的探讨黄连解毒汤联合重组人表皮生长因子凝胶治疗深Ⅱ度烧伤的临床疗效。方法选取医院2015年12月至2017年12月收治的深Ⅱ度烧伤患者87例,采用随机数字表法分为对照组(43例)和研究组(44例)。两组均给予重组人表皮生长因子凝胶,研究组加用黄连解毒汤。结果研究组患者临床总有效率为97.73%,明显高于对照组的81.40%(P<0.05);与对照组相比,研究组治疗后7 d,14 d,21 d创面愈合率均明显升高,创面平均愈合时间显著下降(P<0.05);两组患者精简烧伤健康量表(BSHS-B)评分、血清白细胞介素2(IL-2)和IL-10水平均明显高于治疗前,而血清肿瘤坏死因子-α(TNF-α)和IL-6水平均显著低于治疗前,且研究组明显优于对照组(P<0.05);两组不良反应发生率相当(16.28%比6.82%,P>0.05)。结论黄连解毒汤联合重组人表皮生长因子凝胶治疗深Ⅱ度烧伤疗效显著,能明显缩短创面恢复时间,提高临床预后。

Objective To investigate the clinical efficacy of Huanglian Jiedu Decoction combined with recombinant human epidermal growth factor gel in the treatment of deepⅡdegree burn.Methods Totally 87 patients with deepⅡdegree burn admitted to our hospital from December 2015 to December 2017 were selected and divided into the control group(n=43)and the study group(n=44)by the random number table method.The patients in the two groups were given recombinant human epidermal growth factor gel,on this basis,the patients in the study group were treated with Huanglian Jiedu Decoction.Results The total effective rate of the study group was 97.73%,which was significantly higher than 81.40%of the control group(P<0.05).Compared with those in the control group,the wound healing rates on the 7 d,14 d and 21 d after treatment were significantly increased,while the average healing time of wound was significantly shortened in the study group(P<0.05).After treatment,the burn specific health scale-brief(BSHS-B)scores,the levels of serum interleukin-2(IL-2)and IL-10 in the two groups were significantly higher than those before treatment,while the levels of serum tumor necrosis factor-α(TNF-α)and IL-6 in the two groups were significantly lower than those before treatment,and those in the study group were significantly better than those in the control group(P<0.05).The incidence of adverse reactions was similar between the two groups(16.28%vs.6.82%,P>0.05).Conclusion Huanglian Jiedu Decoction combined with recombinant human epidermal growth factor gel is effective in the treatment of deepⅡdegree burn,which can significantly shorten wound healing time and improve the clinical prognosis.
