肠黏膜紧密连接蛋白变化与癌性恶病质患者细菌易位相关性研究

Correlation between changes in intestinal mucosa tight junction protein and bacterial translocation in patients with cancer cachexia

目的分析肠黏膜紧密连接蛋白变化与癌性恶病质患者细菌易位(bacterial translocation,BT)相关性。方法选取罗店医院和上海第九人民医院收治的160例结肠癌手术患者,按照是否伴恶病质分为恶病质组与不伴恶病质组,比较两组BT发生率;将恶病质组患者分为BT组与非BT组,比较两组肠黏膜紧密连接蛋白(Occludin、Claudin、ZO-1)的表达。结果恶病质组BT发生率27.17%,明显高于不伴恶病质组8.82%(P<0.05);BT组Occludin、ZO-1蛋白表达明显低于非BT组(P<0.05),Claudin蛋白表达明显高于非BT组(P<0.05)。结论肠黏膜紧密连接蛋白变化与癌性恶病质患者BT具有紧密联系,发生BT者Occludin、ZO-1蛋白表达呈显著降低趋势,Claudin蛋白表达呈显著升高趋势。

Objective To analyze the correlation between changes in intestinal mucosa tight junction protein and bacterial translocation(BT)in patients with cancer cachexia.Methods A total of 160 patients undergoing colon cancer surgery who were admitted to Luodian Hospital and Shanghai Ninth People’s Hospital were enrolled.According to presence or absence of cachexia,they were divided into cachexia group and non-cachexia group.The incidence of BT was compared between the two groups.The patients in cachexia group were divided into BT group and non-BT group.The expression of intestinal mucosa tight junction proteins(Occludin,Claudin,ZO-1)was compared between the two groups.Results The incidence of BT in cachexia group was significantly higher than that in non-cachexia group(27.17%vs 8.82%)(P<0.05).The expression of Occludin and ZO-1 protein in BT group was significantly lower than that in non-BT group(P<0.05),while Claudin protein expression was significantly higher than that in non-BT group(P<0.05).Conclusion The changes in intestinal mucosa tight junction protein are closely related to BT in patients with cancer cachexia.The expression of Occludin and ZO-1 protein in BT patients is significantly decreased,while expression of Claudin protein is significantly increased.
