地方高等院校纠正“四风”问题探析

Research on Firm Action to Address Formalism, Bureaucratism, Hedonism, and Extravagance in Local Universities

十八大以来,党中央从“八项规定”切入,坚决纠治“四风”问题,开启从严管党治党新篇章。作为立德树人、传文育人的高等院校,纠正“四风”问题工作已初见成效,但仍存在落地不实、纠风不力等问题,特别是“四风”问题隐形变异、反弹回潮,形式主义、官僚主义表现翻新等问题亟待解决。从地方高校入手,分析当前高等院校纠正“四风”工作的现状及“四风”表现,提出建议和对策,以期构建以优良党风、政风带动校风、教风、学风向好、向善的良好氛围,为高等院校深入推进全面从严治党提供决策依据。

After the 18 th national congress of CPC,the CPC central committee starts from the eight-point guidelines,fighting undesirable work styles,such as formalism,bureaucratism,hedonism and extravagance(FBHE),opening a new chapter in strictly governing the CPC.As a university that cultivate and educate people through virtue,it have made initial progress in firm action to address the undesirable work styles.But we still exist many problems,such as failure to implement,and ineffectiveness.Especially problem variation,rebound and rebound,new forms of formalism and bureaucratism need to be solved urgently.This paper starts with local university,to analyze the current situation and performance of firm action to address the undesirable work styles in universities,put forward suggestions and countermeasures,hoping to build a good atmosphere to promote the style of teaching and learning with good CPC spirit and political atmosphere.It will provide decision-making basis for universities to promote the CPC's comprehensive and strict party governance.
