城市轨道交通项目进度延误的关键影响因素研究

Research on the Critical Influencing Factors of Schedule Delay Problem in Urban Rail Transit Construction Project

从建设单位、承包商、设计单位以及外界环境四个方面归纳出城市轨道交通项目进度延误的影响因素;通过问卷调查,采用相对重要性分析方法,对12项影响因素进行排序,结果表明:前期工作、设计错误、自然环境、现场管理与资金支付进度是关键影响因素,与建设单位有关的影响因素对进度延误的影响最大,其次是承包商与设计单位,进而从三个参与方提出改善城市轨道交通工程项目进度延误问题的对策。

Based on the literature review,this paper identified the influencing factors of schedule delay problems in urban rail transit construction project,from the perspective of the owners,contractors,designers as well as the external environment.Through questionnaire survey approach and relative importance analysis method,the identified 12 influencing factors were ranked in descending order,and the results showed that the five critical factors were the preliminary work,design errors,natural environment,site management and payment progress.In addition,it was found that the factors related to the owner have the most significant influence on the schedule delay,followed by the contractor and designers.This paper suggested counter-measures to improve the delay problems in urban rail transit construction project from the perspective of the owner,contractor and designer.
