摘要
电感耦合等离子体发射光谱(ICP-OES)方法因其高效稳定、可以连续快速实现多元素测定、具有良好线性关系且线性范围广等优点在实验室测试方法中占有重要地位。ICP-OES方法测铀相对于传统激光(紫外)荧光法和钒酸铵滴定法大幅度缩短分析周期,提高了工作效率。针对铀元素光谱干扰会造测量误差的问题,通过探讨不同测量波长条件下的临近谱线干扰,规避测量误差,提高测量的准确性。
The inductively coupled plasma optical emission spectroscopy(ICP-OES)method plays an important role in laboratory testing methods because of its high efficiency and stability,continuous and rapid multi-element measurement,good linearity and wide linear range.The ICP-OES method for measuring uranium significantly shortens the analysis cycle and improves the working efficiency compared with the conventional method(laser(ultraviolet)fluorescence method and ammonium vanadate titration method).In view of the measurement error caused by uranium spectral interference,the adjacent spectral line interference under different measurement wavelengths is discussed to avoid measurement error and improve measurement accuracy.
