新型焙烧炉火道墙预砌筑机的开发及应用

Development and Application of New Type Pre-masonry Machine for Fireway Wall of Anode Baking Furnace

电解铝用阳极生产的焙烧炉由火道墙构建而成,火道墙是用耐火砖砌筑而成。其平均寿命为3年左右,每年产10万吨电解铝平均每年约须修理133条火道墙,故提高火道墙的修理效率对焙烧炉可开动率的影响很大。新型的移动式火道墙砌筑机是在固定式火道墙砌筑机的基础上进行了深度开发和优化后形成的一种新设备,能提高焙烧炉的大修效率。

The baking furnace produced by anode for electrolytic aluminium is constructed from the fire wall,which is built with refractory bricks.Its average life is about 3 years,and the average annual production of 100,000 tons of electrolytic aluminium requires 133 fire wall repairs.Therefore,improving the repair efficiency of fire wall has a great impact on the start-up rate of roaster.The new mobile fireway wall masonry machine is a new equipment formed after deep development and Optimization on the basis of fixed fireway wall masonry machine,which can improve the overhaul efficiency of roaster.
