基层党建工作更好地服务于企业生产经营的思考与研究

The Thinking and Research on the Work of Party Building at the Grass-Roots Level to Better Serve the Production and Management of Enterprises

国有矿山企业由于自身地理环境、工作性质的不同,对其党建工作提出了更高的要求。实践表明,国有矿山企业党建工作只有融入生产经营,紧扣这一中心任务开展工作,才能有更大作为。文中,笔者立足国有矿山企业实际,对基层党建工作存在的问题进行了剖析,就基层党建工作更好地服务于企业生产经营,进行了初步探索。

Because of their own geographical environment and different nature of work,state-owned mining enterprises put forward higher requirements for their Party building work.Practice shows that the Party building work of state-owned mining enterprises can only be made more effective if it is integrated into production and operation and works closely to this central task.In this thesis,the author based on the reality of state-owned mining enterprises,analyzes the problems existing in the work of Party building at the grass-roots level,and makes a preliminary exploration that the work of party building at the grass-roots level can better serve the production and management of enterprises.
