热灭活副干酪乳杆菌Lc19对小鼠便秘的缓解作用研究 被引量:8

摘要 功能性便秘是影响人类健康最普遍的疾病,大量文献表明活的益生菌可以有效缓解便秘,但是对于热灭活的益生菌是否也具有缓解便秘的作用尚不清楚。本研究的目的是评价活的与热灭活的副干酪乳杆菌Lc19的润肠通便作用。本试验使用复方地芬诺酯建立BALB/c小鼠便秘模型,灌胃7d后,便秘小鼠首次排便时间缩短,排便粒数和质量明显增加,粪便水分含量提高;连续15d灌胃受试样品,便秘小鼠小肠墨汁推进率也得到显著增加。结果表明,活的与热灭活的副干酪乳杆菌Lc19具有良好的润肠通便功能,活菌效果大于死菌,活菌与死菌都具有剂量效应,高剂量缓解效果优于低剂量缓解效果。本试验为开发灭活乳酸菌固体饮料、乳饮料等相关产品提供理论依据。 Functional constipation is the most common disease affecting human health and a large number of studies have shown that living probiotics can effectively relieve constipation,but it is not clear whether the inactivated probiotics can also alleviate constipation.The purpose of this study was to evaluate the laxative effect of living and heat-killed Lactobacillus paracasei Lc19 by a model of constipation in BALB/c male mice.After 7 days of administration,the first defecation time of constipation mice was shortened,the number and quality of defecation significantly increased and the water content increased;after 15 days of administration,the intestinal transit rate of constipation mice also increased significantly.The results showed that living and heat-killed Lactobacillus paracasei Lc19 had good laxative function,both had dose effect,and high dose laxative function was higher than low dose.This study provides a theoretical basis for the development of inactivated lactic acid bacteria solid beverages,milk beverages and other related products.
