摘要
随着我国畜牧业发展过程中养殖规模的扩大,人工授精技术由于其自身的优越性,在生产上日益普及。冷冻精液的人工授精技术可以加快优良种质资源的推广与应用,并且加快畜群的改良速度,使得优秀的遗传资源能够快速传播。一直以来人们都在积极探索能够高效保存优秀种畜精液的方法。很多研究表明外源性抗氧化剂在精液冷冻保存中,能有效降低精子的氧化损伤程度。本文对几种常用抗氧化剂的特性及抗氧化机理进行阐述,为精液冷冻保存技术的提高提供一定的理论依据。
With the development of animal husbandry in China,artificial insemination technology is becoming more and more popular.The popularization and application of excellent germplasm resources were accelerated with the development of artificial insemination technology.People have been actively exploring efficient methods to preserve the semen of excellent breeding stock.The addition of exogenous antioxidants can effectively reduce the degree of oxidative damage of sperm and improve the quality of frozen semen in many studies.Several commonly antioxidants and their antioxidant mechanism were described in order to provide a theoretical basis for the cryopreservation of livestock semen here.
