摘要
壳聚糖具有抗菌、止血、生物降解、生物相容性等特点,还能够促进伤口愈合。但壳聚糖力学性能较差,且仅能溶于有机酸或无机酸溶液。针对单纯壳聚糖力学性能不足的缺点和不易溶解于水的特点,本文综述了壳聚糖的化学交联改性和物理交联改性增强其性能的研究进展,并对壳聚糖衍生物改善溶解性的研究进展进行论述,旨在为壳聚糖的进一步研究提供参考,更好的增强壳聚糖的各项性能,拓展其在医疗保健、卫生、污水处理等方面的用途。
Chitosan has been widely studied based on the characteristics of antimicrobico,hemostasis,biodegradation and biocompatibility.And chitosan could promote wound healing.However,the mechanical properties of chitosan are weak and it can only be dissolved in organic and inorganic acids.According to the defect of mechanical properties and hydrophobicity,this paper reviews the research progress of chitosan with chemical and physical cross-linking agents for increasing the mechanical properties.Furthermore,we also report the research progress of modification of chitosan for improving solubility in water.In order to enlarge the use of chitosan in medical care,sanitation and sewage treatment,the goal of this paper is to provide some basis for following study and to improve performance of chitosan better.
