延安市篮球裁判员现状调查及对策研究

Research on the Current Situation of Basketball Referee in Yan′an City and Countermeasures

运用文献资料、问卷调查、数理统计、访谈等方法,对延安市篮球裁判员队伍的性别和年龄、等级和学历、构成职业和地域分布、执裁情况和培训状况进行调查走访,了解延安市篮球裁判员的整体状况,分析存在的问题和发展的瓶颈,提出相应的建议和对策,以期为延安市篮球裁判能力和篮球运动水平的提高提供理论参考。

This paper uses literature,questionnaires,mathematical statistics,interviews and other methods to investigate the gender and age,grade and education,composition and occupational distribution,ruling and training status of the basketball referee team in Yan′an.Understand the overall situation of basketball referees in Yan′an City,analyze the existing problems and bottlenecks of development,and put forward corresponding suggestions and countermeasures,in order to provide a theoretical reference for the improvement of basketball refereeing ability and basketball level in Yan′an City.
