泛昔洛韦与阿昔洛韦治疗带状疱疹的临床疗效比较

Comparison of clinical efficacies of Famciclovir and Acyclovir in treatment of herpes zoster

目的:比较泛昔洛韦与阿昔洛韦治疗带状疱疹的临床疗效。方法:选取92例带状疱疹患者为研究对象,将其按照随机数字表法分为对照组和观察组各46组。两组患者均接受维生素B_1、B_(12)、物理冰敷及云南白药外敷联合治疗;在此基础上,对照组患者接受阿昔洛韦治疗,观察组患者接受泛昔洛韦治疗。比较两组治疗效果、症状消失时间及不良反应发生情况。结果:观察组治疗总有效率为95.65%(44/46),与对照组的93.48%(43/46)相比,差异无统计学意义(P>0.05);观察组各项症状消失时间短于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05);观察组不良反应发生率为6.52%(3/46),明显低于对照组的26.09%(12/46),差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论:泛昔洛韦药物治疗带状疱疹的临床效果与阿昔洛韦治疗的效果相似,但泛昔洛韦治疗可缩短患者症状改善时间,降低不良反应发生率。

Objective:To compare clinical efficacies of Famciclovir and Acyclovir in treatment of herpes zoster.Methods:92 patients with herpes zoster were enrolled in the study.They were divided into control group and observation group according to the random number table method,46 cases in each group.Both groups received vitamin B1,B12,physical ice compress and Yunnan Baiyao external application.On this basis,the control group received Acyclovir treatment,while the observation group received Famciclovir treatment.The treatment effects,symptom disappearance time and adverse reactions were compared between the two groups.Results:The total effective rates of the observation group and the control group were 95.65%(44/46)and 93.48%(43/46),respectively,and the difference was not statistically significant(P>0.05).The symptom disappearance time in the observation group was shorter than that of the control group,and the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).The incidence of adverse reactions in the observation group was 6.52%(3/46),which was significantly lower than that in the control group(26.09%,12/46),and the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).Conclusions:Famciclovir in the treatment of herpes zoster has similar effects with Acyclovir;however,Famciclovir treatment can shorten the symptom improvement time and reduce the incidence of adverse reactions.
