基于PLC的膜回用远程监控系统设计

摘要 膜回用系统将工业污水处理后作为再生资源进行循环再利用,达到了节约水资源、减少污染的目的。文章叙述了膜回用系统浸没式超滤设备、反渗透设备、清洗装置、检测仪表、现场控制中心和远程监控中心等结构组成,对设备运行配置进行了设计,成果为:现场控制中心使用西门子组态软件作为上位机监控界面,下位机采用西门子PLC作为现场控制中心,上位机与下位机使用PROFIBUS-DP通信,下位机通过GRM530无线通信模块,将信号传输至远程监控中心。经现场测试,该系统运行稳定可靠,管理维护方便。 Membrane reuse system refers that industrial sewage is recycled as renewable resources,which achieves the purposes of saving water resources and reducing pollution.The membrane recycling system described in the paper is composed of immersedultrafiltration equipment,anti-penetration equipment,cleaning equipment,instrumentation,on-site control center,remote monitoring center and other structures.The equipment operation configuration is designed.The results show:the scene control center is equipped with Siemens configuration software as the interface for upper computer monitoring.The lower computer is equipped with Siemens PLC as the site control center.The upper computer and the lower computer communicate through PROFIBUS-DP.The lower computer transmits signals to the remote monitoring center through GRM530 wireless communication module.The system can be operated reliably and stably with convenient management and maintenance.
