摘要
流域水土保持规划的重要理论依据是对水土流失治理水沙效应的研究,文章根据大凌河流域来水来沙特点和径流、降水等数据资料,对降水、输沙特征及其变化规律运用距平累计法与Mann-Kendall秩相关法进行分析,然后对不同时段的输沙衰减量及其所占比重运用降水-输沙双累计曲线和时间序列对比分析法进行定量的计算。研究表明:在多年平均变化中大凌河流域输沙量表现出明显的下降趋势;水土流失治理和降水量变化是引起河流泥沙衰减的主要因素,不同时段的水土保持措施所造成的影响程度存在一定差异;每年的7、8月份为水土保持措施影响大凌河流域输沙量最为显著的时段。文中研究成果可为大凌河流域水土保持规划以及水土流失治理提供一定的科学依据和数据支撑。
Research on the governance effect of water and sediment in water and soil erosion is regarded as an important theoretical basis for river basin soil and water conservation planning.Anomaly cumulative method and Mann-Kendall rank correlation method are applied for analyzing characteristics of rainfall,sediment transport and its change rule according to incoming water and sand characteristics of Daling River Basin as well as other data in the paper.Then,sediment transport decrement and the proportion at different times are quantitatively calculated through precipitation and sediment transport double cumulative curves and time series analysis comparison method.The research shows that the sediment runoff in the Daling River Basin presents a significant downward trend in the average annual variation.Water and soil erosion control as well as precipitation change are the main factors causing sediment attenuation in the river.The influence of water and soil conservation measures has certain difference at different times.July and August of each year are the periods when soil and water conservation measures have the most significant influence on sediment runoff in Daling River Basin.The research results of the paper can provide some scientific basis and data support for soil and water conservation planning as well as soil erosion control in Daling River Basin.
