指出应用型大学全日制专业学位研究生培养中存在的问题,结合实际,从培养目标、社会认同度、课程体系、实践基地四个方面,探索如何构建产教融合、协同育人的特色鲜明的培养模式,建立符合行业实际需要的合理知识体系,强化特色课程。

This paper points out the problems existing in the cultivationof full-time professional degree postgraduates in applied university.Combining with the reality, this paper explores how to constructa distinctive cultivation model of integration of production andteaching and collaborative education from the four aspects of cultivationobjectives, social identity, curriculum system and practicebase, to set up a reasonable knowledge system in line with the actualneeds of the industry, to strengthen characteristic courses.
