基于协同创新理念的欠发达地区高职汽修专业人才培养模式研究

Research on Talent Training Mode of Higher Vocational Automobile Repair Major in Underdeveloped Areas based on Concept of Collaborative Innovation

以罗定职业技术学院为例,结合在探索欠发达地区高职汽修专业人才培养模式过程中遇到的问题,基于协同创新理念,与企业共同挖掘双方的共赢点,不断探索和创新,与企业建立丰富多样的合作机制,探索适合自己专业发展的人才培养模式,为社会提供高素质技术技能型人才。

Taking Luoding Polytechnic as an example,combining with the problems encountered in the process of exploring the talent training mode of higher vocational Automobile Repair Major in underdeveloped areas,basing on the concept of collaborative innovation,we wil l j ointly explore the win-win point of both parties and continuously explore and innovate how to establish a rich and diverse cooperation mechanism with enterprises,to explore the suitable talent training mode for this major,and to provide high-quality technical and skilled talents to the society.
