摘要
“全面二孩”政策的实施对我国学前教育具有重大影响。以陕西省为例,在分析“全面二孩”政策对我国师幼人数、学前教育事业发展规划、资源供给、教育方式方面影响的基础上,提出四点应对策略:对学前儿童人口和教育资源进行信息化管理;大力发展普惠性幼儿园;优化幼儿教师队伍;转变传统教育观念,促进学前教育模式多样化。
The implementation of the universal two-child policy has a great impact on preschool education in China.Taking Shaanxi Province as an example,this paper analyzes the infl uence of the universal two-child policy on the number of teachers and young people,the development plan of preschool education,the allocation of supply and demand of resources,and the way of education,etc.Four countermeasures are put forward:strengthening the information management of preschool children’s population and educational resources,developing inclusive kindergartens and optimizing the ranks of preschool teachers,changing the traditional education model,to promote diversifi cation of pre-school education models.
