冷冻术对HPV治疗的有效性及复查时效的探讨 被引量:6

摘要 目的:宫颈液氮冷冻术治疗人乳头瘤病毒(HPV)临床疗效及复查时效的探讨。方法:对148名高危型HPV感染且宫颈病变<CINⅡ级的患者行宫颈冷冻治疗,分别于术前、术后6个月及12个月检查HPV分型统计。结果:HPV分型异常148人,半年转阴性78人,转阴率52.70%,1年转阴性132人,转阴率89.19%,混合亚型感染的转阴率最低,半年为35.29%,1年为84.31%;不同HPV亚型的半年转阴率差异有统计学意义(P<0.05),1年转阴率差异无统计学意义(P>0.05)。结论:简单易操作的冷冻治疗对HPV感染有一定治疗意义,值得推广,基于检查费用、疾病进程及患者心理因素考虑,建议1年为HPV最佳复查评估时间。 Objective:Effect and chronergy study of reexamine of cervical liquid nitrogen cryotherapy on patients infected with human papillomavirus(HPV).Methods:148 patients with high-risk HPV infection(cervical lesions<CINⅡ)were performed by cervical liquid nitrogen cryotherapy,HPV types were counted before treatment,6 months and 12 months after treatment respectively.Results:There are 148 patients with abnormal type of HPV,78 patients turned to negative in half a year,with a rate of 52.70%,132 patients turned to negative in a year,with a rate of 89.19%,the negative conversion rate of mixed subtype infection was the lowest(35.29%)in half a year and 84.31%in one year,there were significant differences in negative conversion rates of different subtypes in half a year,there were not significant differences in negative conversion rates of different subtypes in one year.Conclusion:Cryotherapy is simple and easy-to-operate,it is worth promoting,and there is certain therapeutic significance for HPV infection in cryotherapy,considering the cost,the course of disease and the psychological factors of patients,it is suggested that one year should be the best time for HPV reexamination and evaluation.
