摘要
近年来,在依靠大数据等技术的支持下,跨境电子商务逐渐升级与改造,形成了一种新型的贸易形式——“新外贸”,并逐渐成为传统外贸企业转型升级的目标。本文通过分析传统外贸企业转型升级的发展历程,以及分析转型“新外贸”的特点与路径,提出传统外贸企业转型过程中存在的问题,进而提出具体的策略,以期为我国传统外贸企业能够在大数据背景下顺利发展提供一些借鉴和参考。
In recent years,with the support of big data and other technologies,cross-border e-commerce has gradually upgraded and transformed,forming a new form of trade——“new foreign trade”,and has gradually become the goal of transformation and upgrading of traditional foreign trade enterprises.By analyzing the development process of transformation and upgrading of traditional foreign trade enterprises and the characteristics and paths of transformation to“new foreign trade”,this paper points out the problems existing in the process of transformation of traditional foreign trade enterprises,and then puts forward specific strategies,with a view to providing some reference for the smooth development of traditional foreign trade enterprises in China under the background of big data.
