新兴领域青年,在大学期间的历练和打磨是走向社会的必要锻造。大学阶段,过渡青年、创业青年、网络新族和新新人群在就业指向、创业支持、网络阵地建设和社会认可方面有着个性成长需求。但由于网络科技的迅速发展、政治教育的部分缺失以及青年成长的不完全性,导致新兴领域青年发展受到阻碍。高校作为青年培养的重要阵地,需要在新时代转变工作理念,结合青年发展实际,灵活设置组织形式;了解青年实际需求,务实设计工作项目;发挥青年组织优势,积极整合各种资源;大力培养青年骨干,实现以点带面覆盖;打造新媒体服务平台,提高青年工作时效,给新兴领域青年提供更好的发展平台,促进其自由而全面的发展。

The experience and polish of the youth in the emerging field during the university is the necessary forge to the society.In the college stage,the young people in transition,the young people in entrepreneurship,the new people in the network and the new people have their own growth needs in terms of employment orientation,business support,network position construction and social recognition.However,the rapid development of network technology,the partial absence of political education and the incompleteness of youth growth lead to the development of youth in the emerging field being impeded.As an important position for youth cultivation,universities need to change their working concepts in the new era,combine with youth development practice,and set up their organizational forms flexibly.Understand the practical needs of young people,pragmatic design work projects;Give play to the advantages of youth organizations and actively integrate various resources;Vigorously train young backbone to cover with points and areas;We will build a new media service platform,improve the effectiveness of youth work,provide a better development platform for young people in emerging fields,and promote their free and comprehensive development.
