建立高校辅导员工作考核数据体系探索——以海南政法职业学院为例

摘要 辅导员是大学生思想政治教育工作的排头兵,激发辅导员工作积极性、主动性对高校育人工作尤为重要。探索建立辅导员工作考核数据体系,在于创新引领智慧校园建设,更加高效、科学评价辅导员工作成效,增强辅导员的职业荣誉感,为辅导员主动提升专业素养和职业能力指出路径和方向,激励辅导员坚定敬业爱生的育人信念,为高校培养优秀管理干部提供科学参考,最终目的在于增强高校思想政治工作实效性,实现立德树人教育目标。 Instructors are the leaders of ideological and political education among college students,so it is important to induce the instructors’enthusiasm and initiative.Establishing a performance evaluation statistics system for instructors among higher education helps innovate and lead the construction of smart campus,make judgment of instructors’work more efficient and scientific,enhance their professional glory,point out the method and direction of lifting professional ethics and ability,encourage them to affirm the ideas of professionality and caring for the students,and provide reference for training elite managers for the college.The ultimate aim is to enhance the efficiency of ideological and political work in colleges and achieve the goal of setting moral examples and educating people.
