摘要
对四相交错Buck和Boost电路占空比对纹波电流幅值的影响进行了理论分析,并得到归一化纹波幅值与占空比的关系.结果表明:在Buck电路中,占空比为0.25、0.5和0.75时归一化电流纹波幅值最小为0,考虑单相纹波电流,占空比选择在0.25和0.75附近时纹波电流最小;在Boost电路中,当输入输出电压的变比较小时,能够有效减小纹波电流.MATLAB仿真结果与理论分析结果一致.
The influence of duty cycle on ripple current in four-phase interleaving Buck and Boost circuits was analyzed,and the relationship between normalized ripple current and duty cycle was obtained respectively.It can be seen that the normalized ripple current reaches minimum when duty cycle is 0.25,0.5 and 0.75 in Buck circuit,considering single-phase ripple current,duty cycle should be around 0.25 and 0.75.In Boost circuit,choosing a small transformer ratio can effectively reduce the ripple current.MATLAB simulation results were consistent with theoretical analysis results.
