摘要
按照“选型、集成、优化”的轮式特种车辆开发途径,综合对比了3种轮式车辆行车制动驱动型式的优缺点.基于实现车内有效空间最大化的设计准则,设计了一种应用于某8×8特种车辆的气液复合制动系统:前两桥采用气顶液钳盘式制动系统,后两桥采用全气钳盘式制动系统.通过台架试验和样车试验进行结构参数优化,有效缩短了后两桥制动系统的响应时间,与ABS的集成匹配,保证了整车的操纵安全性.
According to the“selection,integration and optimization”of wheeled special vehicle development approach,the advantages and disadvantages of three kinds of wheeled vehicle braking system are compared.Based on the design criterion of maximizing the effective space in the vehicle,a pneumatic-hydraulic composite braking system of an 8x8 special vehicle is designed:the first two axis are made of a pneumatic-hydraulic disc-brake system,and the rear two axis are made of a pneumatic disc-braking system.The response time of the rear two-axis braking system is effectively shortened by structural parameters optimization in bench test and sample vehicle test.The integrated matching with ABS ensures the safety of the whole vehicle.
