摘要
针对某集尘过滤装置风机纵向布置的特殊要求,结合技术指标进行了方案结构设计.利用双列角接触球轴录解决了将风机轴向力转接到风机涡壳的问题;利用骨架设计加强了舱体强度和焊接质量,同时通过流场分析优化了风道结构.最后通过试验表明该方案能够满足钢轨打磨列车收集烟尘和铁屑的需要.
Aiming at special requirements of the longitudinal arrangement of a dust collection,a scheme design was carried out according to the technical index.The problem of transferring the axial force of the fan to the fan volute was solved by using double row angular contact ball.The strength and welding quality of the cabin were strengthened by the framework design,and at the same time the air structure was optimized by flow field analysis.Finally,the results showed that the scheme could meet the demand of rail grinding train to collect soot and iron filings.
