朱熹的官德思想简论

The Theory of Zhu Xi’s Official Morality Thought

朱熹作为我国古代伟大的思想家、哲学家、教育家,在任地方官时,科学总结为官之道,形成其独特的官德思想。其主要内容有:轻徭薄赋,赈灾恤难;鞠躬尽瘁,莅职勤敏;廉明清正,秉公办事;平易近人,贴近百姓;从严治刑,抑挫豪强;循循善诱,崇德兴文等六个方面。朱熹的官德思想对近古我国官德教育的发展产生过积极的作用,通过新诠释希望对建设优良官风提出借鉴意义。

As a great thinker,philosopher and educator in ancient China,Zhu Xi summed up the official governing way scientifically and formed his unique official morality thought when he was a local official.The main content is as following:reduce common people’s servitude and tax burden,relieve the people in disaster;bend ourselves to the task unto death and work diligently when in the position;perform official duties honestly and handle matters impartially;be approachable and close to the common people;carry out strict punishment and fight against powerful forces;instill patiently and earnestly,admire noble virtue and advocate cultural governance,and other aspects.Zhu Xi’s official morality thought played a positive role in the development of official morality education in ancient China.
