Internet has changed the communication channels,ways and contents of the media industry.The"media convergence"has caused the integration of people's entertainment modes,and the"pan-entertainment"and"IP fever"have been derived.With the release of investment opportunities in the media industry,the current capital activities of media enterprises all need the support of correct business strategy design and decision-making.Accurate identification and judgment of new business forms and causes in the media industry have also become the key to the transformation and upgrading of media enterprises.This paper focuses on the in-depth study of the"pan-entertainment"format of media and IP intellectual property,analyzes the current situation of"pan-entertainment"and the development trend of related media enterprises,and then discusses the factors affecting the emergence of new formats of media,which can offer reference for the operation and decision-making of the cultural media industry and media enterprises,and offer basis for the subsequent value judgment and evaluation of relevant media enterprises.
