摘要
纪录片《风味人间》立足全球视野,审视中国美食历史演化的流变,讲述人与食物背后的故事,彰显了美食奇观的视觉魅力和视觉快感,取得了良好的传播效果。从“吸引力电影”理论和奇观理论视角出发,以奇观场景、奇观画面、奇观蒙太奇和奇观速度四个维度,剖析了纪录片《风味人间》的奇观化影像和传播策略,揭示其对当代中国大众媒体纪录片发展的启示。
Based on the global vision,the documentary"Once Upon a Bite"examines the evolution of Chinese food history and tells the story behind it.By demonstrating visual charm and pleasure of spectacles related with food,this documentary receives positive responses from all sides.In light of the theory of"attractive film"and the theory of spectacle,this paper analyzes the aesthetic characteristics of"Once Upon a Bite"from four aspects:the spectacle scene,the spectacle picture,the spectacle montage and the spectacle speed.Through this analysis,this paper searches for illuminations for future development of China’s mass media documentaries.
