摘要
运用模糊分析法从城市创新活力、创新资源、创新投入、创新载体和创新产出5个维度,构建城市创新能力评价指标体系,对齐齐哈尔市城市创新能力进行评价,得出相应的结论.分析制约创新发展的因素,并提出了相关政策性建议.
Mainly uses the fuzzy analysis method to construct the evaluation index system of urban innovation ability from five dimensions of urban innovation vitality,innovative resources,innovative input,innovative environment and innovative output.Evaluates the urban innovation ability of Qiqihar City and draws corresponding conclusions.The factors that restrict the development of innovation are analyzed,and relevant policy suggestions are put forward.
