松龄血脉康胶囊对高血压患者血压变异性及血脂水平的影响

Effects of Songling Xuemaikang Capsule on Blood Pressure Variability and Blood Lipid Level in Patients with Hypertension

目的:探讨松龄血脉康胶囊对高血压患者血压变异性(blood pressure variability,BPV)及血脂水平的影响。方法:采用随机数字表法将96例高血压患者分为对照组与研究组,每组48例,其中,对照组患者仅给予培哚普利片口服治疗,每次4 mg,每日1次;研究组在对照组治疗基础上加服松龄血脉康胶囊,每次1.5 g(3粒),每日3次,比较两组患者治疗前、后动态血压、BPV及血脂水平的变化。结果:治疗前两组患者临床基线、血脂、血压差异均无统计学意义(P>0.05)。治疗2个月后,研究组患者甘油三酯(TG)、胆固醇(CHOL)、低密度脂蛋白(LDL)水平均降低(P<0.05),高密度脂蛋白(HDL)水平升高(P<0.05);而对照组患者治疗前后血脂水平变化差异均无统计学意义(P>0.05),研究组改善优于对照组(P<0.05)。两组白昼收缩压变异性(SBPV)、夜间SBPV、24 h SBPV、白昼舒张压变异性(DBPV)、夜间DBPV以及24 h DBPV均降低(P<0.05),研究组血压昼夜节律改善效果优于对照组(P<0.05);两组患者均未见明显不良反应(P>0.05)。结论:联合松龄血脉康胶囊不仅能更稳地控制血压,更好地保护靶器官,而且能够调节血脂水平。

Objective:To explore the effect of songling xuemaikang capsule on blood pressure variability(BPV)and blood lipid level in hypertensive patients.Methods:A total of 96 patients with hypertension were divided into the control group and the observation group(48 cases in each group).The control group was treated with perindopril,and the observation group was treated with perindopril combined with songling xuemaikang capsule.The blood lipid level,ambulatory blood pressure and blood pressure variability were compared between the two groups before and after treatment.Results:Before treatment,there was no statistical difference in clinical baseline,blood lipid level and blood pressure between the two groups(P>0.05).Two months after the treatment,the levels of triglyceride(TG),cholesterol(CHOL)and low-density lipoprotein(LDL)in the observation group decreased(P<0.05),and the level of high-density lipoprotein(HDL)increased(P<0.05).There was no statistical difference in blood lipid level before and after treatment in the control group(P>0.05).The improvement of the observation group was better than that of the control group(P<0.05).The day systolic pressure variability(SBPV),night SBPV,24h SBPV,day diastolic pressure variability(DBPV),night DBPV and 24h DBPV reduced in both groups(P<0.05),and the observation group was better than the control group(P<0.05).No significant adverse reactions was observed in both groups(P>0.05).Conclusion:Combined with songling xuemaikang capsule can not only control blood pressure more stably,better protect target organs,but also regulate blood lipid level.
