The sharing of archive information resources is the only way for archives informatization.According to the working characteristics and needs of Zhengzhou Water Conservancy Construction Survey and Design Institute,this paper studies the management mode of electronic file information resource sharing and utilization under the new situationand proposes some specific solutions to provide efficient and high-quality file information servicefor our unit in order to realize effective sharing of archive information resources and display the use value of archives.
