十九大报告指出,建设教育强国是中华民族伟大复兴的基础性工程,要优先发展教育事业,加快实现教育现代化。改革教育是发展教育的重要手段,稳步推进教育改革是优先发展教育事业的重要保障。当前,我国教育改革仍处于深水区、攻坚期,面临着复杂艰巨的任务,改革的难度、险度和效度要求不断增加。如何确保教育改革能够沿着与新时代中国特色社会主义道路“蹄急步稳”推进,需要对一些基本问题进行特别强调。要特别强调教育改革的整体协同性,充分体现教育改革的战略重要性,时刻保持改革的高度警觉性,确保一个领导核心、用好两条经验、处理三个关系、聚焦四个突破、抓好五个环节。

The report to the 19th nationalcongress of the communist party of China(CPC)pointed out that building a strong country in education is a fundamental project for the great rejuvenation of the Chinese nation.Education reform is an important means to develop education,and steadily advancing education reform is an important guarantee for giving priority to education development.At present,the education reform in China facing a highly complex and difficult task and increasing difficulty,risk and validity has entered into the deep water zone.How to ensure that education reform can advance along the path of socialism with Chinese characteristics in the new era,several basic problems must be emphasized.We should pay special attention to the overall synergy of education reform,fully reflect the strategic importance of education reform,maintain a high level of vigilance in reform,ensure that one leadership core,make good use of two experiences,handle three relationships,focus on four breakthroughs and focus on five links.
