基于双PVDF的金属结构焊缝裂纹损伤检测研究

摘要 建立了基于双PVDF相对应变变化率的损伤指标,探讨了基于该指标的损伤识别算法,通过有限元数值模型分析了金属结构焊缝单/双裂纹的识别效果。实验验证这种算法不但能准确对金属结构的单裂纹损伤进行识别,即使在裂纹情况复杂的情况下,也能对损伤的位置、长度及深度进行有效地判断,其对于钢结构的安全工作具有潜在的工程应用前景。 This paper,based on double PVDF strainrelative change rate,establishes the damage index,probes into the damage identification algorithm based on the index and analyzes the recognition effect of metal structuresingle/double crack by using finite element numerical model.There is an experimental verification that this algorithm can not only accurately discern the single crack damage but also can judge effectively the position,length and depth of injurycrack under complex condition.It has potential engineering application prospect for the safety work of steel structure.
