基于现代学徒制的高职校企合作模式探析

An Analysis of School-Enterprise Cooperation Mode in Higher Vocational Colleges Based on Modern Apprenticeship System

现代学徒制是当前我国职业教育领域的研究热点,其目的是深化产教融合、推动校企合作、提高职业教育人才培养质量、提升企业发展质量。但在这个背景下,高职院校校企合作中仍然存在对现代学徒制和校企合作的认识把握不准,院校与企业之间参与度的不平衡,校企合作落实不扎实,受益学生少,以点带面作用微弱等问题,阻碍了职业院校的发展。因此,必须从宏观和微观上采取相应措施。在宏观上,要由政府主导,建立政校企生合作机制;在微观上,要从合作企业的选择、实施方案的制定、开展交流等方面进行建设。只有政府、学校、企业与学生四方联动,形成合作机制,才能达到利益平衡、和谐共进的效果。

At present,modern apprenticeship system is the research hotspot in the field of vocational education in our country.Its purpose is to deepen the integration of industry and education,promote cooperation between schools and enterprises,improve the quality of personnel training in vocational education and improve the quality of enterprise development.However,under this background,there are still some problems in the cooperation between colleges and enterprises,such as the understanding of modern apprenticeship systemand school-enterprise cooperation isinaccurate;the participation between colleges and enterprisesis imbalance;the implementation of school-enterprise cooperation is not solid;measures of school-enterprise cooperation have not been well implemented;the number of students benefiting from the program is small and the effect is weak.These problems have hindered the development of vocational colleges.Therefore,we must take corresponding measures from macro and micro levels.At the macro level,the government should take the lead in establishing the cooperation mechanism between government,schools,enterprises and students.At the micro level,the construction should be carried out from the aspects of the selection of cooperative enterprises,the formulation of implementation plans and the development of exchanges.Only when the government,schools,enterprises and students interact and form a cooperative mechanism,can the interests be balanced and the effect of harmonious progress be achieved.
