On the Union’s Participation in the Democratic Management of the University: from the Perspective of “Double-First-Class” Construction

完善大学民主管理是建设“双一流”高校实现教育现代化的必然要求,探讨高校工会在大学民主管理中发挥的作用,具有一定的现实意义。高校工会和教代会如何应对新时代的要求,参与高校民主管理,实现大学内部管理合理运行,是需要进一步探讨的课题。

Perfecting the democratic management of universities is a necessary requirement for the construction of“double-first-class”universities in order to realize the modernization of education.Therefore,it is of some practical significance to discuss the role of the union in the democratic management of universities.How to deal with the requirements of the new era,how to participate in the democratic management of colleges and universities,and how to realize the reasonable operation of the internal management of colleges and universities are the topics that need to be further explored by the union and teachers’congress at universities.
