摘要
习近平总书记在党的第十九大报告中提出:“人才是实现民族振兴、赢得国际竞争主动的战略资源”。只有拥有优质的人才资源,才能拥有科技创新的优势和主导权。目前,各地方政府都制定了高层次人才引进政策,积极抢夺海内外高层次人才以便更好地推动区域经济社会发展服务。通过考察国内主要经济区域的高层次人才引进政策,发现我国区域性高层次人才引进政策存在的主要问题,并提出相应对策。
General Secretary Xi Jinping pointed out in the report of the 19th National Congress of the Party that talents are strategic resources in realizing national rejuvenation and gaining an edge in international competition.Only by having high-quality human resources,can we have the advantage and leading power for scientific and technological innovation.At present,all the local governments have formulated policies for getting more high-level talents from all sources,in order to better promote regional economic and social development.Based on the study of high-level talents introduction policies in major economic regions of China,this paper discussed the main problems in these policies,and put forward some corresponding suggestions.
