摘要
厚板和厚壁圆筒零件焊接裂纹倾向较大,在焊接应力作用下,易产生裂纹。特别对于焊缝集中的超大型结构件,更容易出现焊接裂纹。焊接裂纹会造成设备结构性破坏,是热加工过程中必须要避免的焊接缺陷。本文通过对一种大型液压机滑块结构特点和工艺难点的分析,利用有限资源,制定合理的焊接方法和工艺保证措施。此外,通过工艺及生产验证,总结了一套有效的焊接质量保证方法,对于结构复杂的厚板或厚壁低合金高强钢结构件的焊接具有一定参考价值。
Through the analysis of the structural characteristics and technical difficulties of the slider for a large hydraulic press in the text, reasonable welding methods and process assurance measures have been determined by use of limited resources. In addition, through the process and production verification, an effective assurance method of welding quality has been summarized, which has certain reference value for the welding of thick-plate or thick-walled low-alloy high-strength steel structural parts with complex structure.
