摘要
本文结合我司某重型车项目的开发,介绍了冲压同步工程在产品开发各阶段的工作内容,通过实例阐述了冲压同步工程人员在标杆车分析、模型设计、数据设计及样车制作等各阶段中的具体工作,通过ECR的交流实现了保证产品品质、提高材料利用率、缩短新产品的开发周期的效果。
In combination with the development of some heavy-duty vehicle project, the work content of stamping synchronization engineering in each stage of product development has been introduced. The specific work of stamping synchronization engineers during benchmarking, model design, data design and prototype production stages has been illustrated. Though ECR communication, the quality of product has been ensured with higher material utilization ratio while the development cycle of new product has been shortened.
