摘要
液态模锻工艺是一种优质、高效、经济性能良好的成形方法。本文分析了臂板件成形工艺特点和技术要求,设计了液锻模具图。介绍了液态模锻模具结构设计,工艺参数选择和模具工作过程。可供同类零件生产参考选择。
The liquid die forging process is a high quality, high efficiency and good economical forming method. The characteristics and technical requirements of the forming process of the arm plate have been analyzed, and the liquid forging die drawing has been designed. The structural design of the liquid die forging die has been introduced, as well as the selection of process parameters and the working process of the die.It provides reference for the production of similar parts.
