The guide column is a key part of the press. The processing of large-size guide columns, grinding processes and boring processes are difficult, especially for grinding. Through the use of special tooling, the outer circumference of the guide column has been machined and ground on the CNC lathe, and the processed parts has satisfied the requirements of the drawings. The efficiency has been increased and the cost has been saved.
